1) Q : How to start order with you?
A : Firstly, let us know your requirments or application. And we quote according to your requirments or our suggestions. Then you confirm the samples and deposite for the order. Then we arrange the production.
2) Q : Whats is the MOQ?
A : 10000 Pcs as usual, and we can discuss about it.
3) Q : How long is the bulk production time?
A : 15 working days after order confirmed, or discussed by quantity.
4) Q: How long can I got this sample?
A : After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day. The sample charge can be refoundable when you have placed your order.
5) Q: what is the payment term?
A : Payment by western union or Alibaba insurance, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
